Five things we do well.

For each one you'll find who it's for, what the deliverable is, and what it's backed by. What isn't on the list, we either don't do, or we bring in a trusted partner for it.

Modernization and takeover

For who: companies with an established system that's holding back growth or compliance.

Deliverable: analysis of the current state, a phased replacement plan, migration of data and history, gradual replacement without downtime.

Proof: Broker Consulting and Prosperity FS.

How it works

Custom systems

For who: companies and startups that need a system you can't buy off the shelf.

Deliverable: web portals and backends: CRM, ERP, document management, process management. Proven technologies, maintainable for years.

Proof: CreditPortal, Dr. Digital, Arbela and Legito.

How it works

Integration and data

For who: operations where data jumps between systems and someone retypes it by hand.

Deliverable: connections to registries, VoIP, BI, and third parties with unusual requirements. Process automation and data-driven decisions. From fixed rules to models over your own data. Thousands of GB of data, high availability, fast search.

Proof: CreditPortal, Legito, Dr. Digital and Arbela.

Processes and customer journey

For who: companies where work stalls between departments and the customer waits, with no one able to say why. And for those who want to know if they even need a new system.

Deliverable: mapped internal processes and the customer journey from first contact to resolution. Where things stall, what can be dropped, what can be simplified, and only then what's worth automating. Includes user research, we talk to the people who work in the system, not just the ones who pay for it.

Case studies

Technical strategy and compliance

For who: companies that must meet a standard and don't want to rewrite the system a second time because of it.

Deliverable: feasibility studies, build-vs-buy without vendor bias, implementing ISO 27001, ISO 13485, MDR, AML, and GDPR into systems and processes.

Proof: Dr.Digital, CreditPortal and Broker Consulting.

The project plan, step by step

Nine steps every larger project goes through. On smaller ones some merge together, but none get skipped.

01 / week 1
Initial consultationThe problem, the goals, the core functionality, and what counts as "good enough".
02 / weeks 2–4
Analysis and requirements gatheringInterviews with the people who use the system, not just the ones who pay for it.
03
Spec and prioritiesA catalog of requirements, what doesn't fit the first version, and why.
04
Wireframe and architecture designScreens and the data model before a line of code is written.
05
Build-or-buy decisionFor each larger part separately.
06
Price and timelineFor the first time now, because any earlier estimate is just indicative.
07 / ongoing
Iterative developmentWe deliver by milestone, you test on a scale of weeks.
08
Deployment and migrationParallel operation during replacement and a control comparison of the data.
09 / ongoing
Warranty, support, and developmentA 6-month warranty, technology upgrades, new integrations.

What we don't do

We don't do performance marketing, SEO campaigns, or graphic design on its own. We don't take one-off micro jobs like template tweaks, because we can't show our best at that kind of work. And we don't build a system where the problem isn't the system but the processes. We'll tell you that on the first call, and we won't charge you for it.

We're not for you if you just want a finished spec implemented without discussion, you're looking for the cheapest development, or you've already decided everything and don't want to talk about why. In any of those cases, we wouldn't deliver work we could be proud of.

For specialized parts, e.g. security audits, design, we will bring in trusted partners we've worked with for years.

Not sure which service you need?

The first consultation takes half an hour - we recommend a video call, or a phone call. We'll talk through what you need and whether we see ourselves fit to work on it.

We usually reply to emails by next business day.
