We have developed CRM, ERP, systems for automated document creation and management, automated process management, lead generation, credit risk, integrated VoIP switchboards, business intelligence tools, etc. We have experience with simple data collection applications for a few users up to robust systems with hundreds of thousands of users, thousands of GB of data, in open and isolated locations, with high algorithmization of processes, automated decision-making, high availability and practical integration of artificial intelligence (AI) elements.

We will ensure that your applications communicate with each other, automatically download data from registries and other systems. We integrate third-party applications and systems that you already use or will use in your company. We will use our rich experience with the integration of various technologies/platforms, the most diverse data (text, structured, geographical) and with the most diverse limitations (we experienced a physical cable leading from the server room to a third party).

Do you have one huge shared Excel, an information system with technical and technological debt, a shared cloud solution (SaaS) that was once sufficient, but the supplier is no longer willing to "bend" it for you according to your needs? You cannot lose your data, the current solution prevents your further development and cannot be integrated with other services? We are happy to find a way to adopt, modernize or (partially) replace legacy solutions, and we will take over and optimize existing data. So that it almost does not hurt you and does not endanger the running of your company.

You don't know where to start or what solution you actually need? Are you just starting out or can't even define your needs? We will identify weaknesses in your processes, system designs and applications and help you with application refactoring or its optimization, propose innovations, prepare the project procurement documentation or create a feasibility study. We will discuss your needs to find out whether it is best to outsource the work or create and internal team.

We will design and build a robust backend capable of handling a lot of data and handling a lot of API requests. We understand data, we can record it (thousands of GB are no problem), categorize it, search it (even for the needs of almost real-time systems), process it and analyze it. We can deal with outages of third party services. Security, scalability and high availability are our default. We will be happy to "package" third-party services using unusual technologies and with unusual requirements. Connecting your other applications will be a piece of cake.

Creation and management of a complex web "platform" (CRM, ERP, risk, lead generation, API, AI, infrastructure provision and management) for a non-banking company with a license from Czech National Bank from 2014 to the present.

Legito

Creation of a unique no-code system for the creation of fully automated document templates. The gradual formation of a separate team that is still active in the company today and continues to develop the platform into a market leader.

Creation of websites and electronic support for laundry collection for one of top networks of laundries in Czeciha, web interface for integration with the company's CRM, support for order status checking at branches, real-time planning of laundry collections according to current capacities.

How will our first meeting turn into your competitive advantage?

Introductory consultation

The first introductory consultation regarding your requirements is used for the "project kick-off". We define the problem/opportunity, the project goals and basic required functions.

Analysis, procurement documentation

We define who will use the software and create use-case diagrams. Next, we will write a detailed catalog of the required functionality and non-functional requirements. We will prioritize functionality according to its importance. The output of this step will be the procurement documentation.

Signing contract

We define the exact parameters of cooperation, the preliminary time frame of the project and the project milestones.

Wireframe

We transform the most important functionality (the so-called minimal viable product) into a prototype - a wireframe model, on which we validate the analysis outputs. If necessary, we optimize the prototype to meet all needs.

Graphic design

Depending on the target group of the application, the marketing plan and according to the wireframe, we will either choose a suitable ready-made template or create a customized graphic design and create our own template from it.

Development, delivery and testing

We gradually build the software according to the priorities and milestones set in the project plan doing so in short iterative cycles. We continuously hand over the software after individual milestones.
Therefore, you do not have to wait for the completion of the entire project and you can monitor it continuously and test it in just a few weeks. We also continuously add your new requirements to the project.

Acceptance and launch

We continuously test the functionality and performance of the software, so you will receive an output already tested by us. Any errors found during acceptance testing will be removed and the software will be fully functional. This fulfills the contractual obligations. It goes without saying that a warranty of typically 6 months is provided.

Support, further development

With launch, the project moves into the phase of further development and technical support. Typically, the project requires further development, integration of new systems, respond to changes in marketing goals, third-party systems, gradual upgrade of used technologies that are evolving themselves, and other necessary innovations.
