CreditPortal — a platform from the idea's birth
Starting point. It started as an intent to build a strong new player in the non-bank lending market with the best client portfolio in the Czech Republic. Nothing else.
Decision. We designed and built the whole platform: credit risk, registry connections, AML, and regulatory reporting. Regulation wasn't a bolted-on layer, it was part of the data model.
Result. The company now provides clients with over €10 million in loans annually. The system is in its twelfth year of operation.
Dr.Digital — patient data under MDR
Starting point. The company needed a platform for health data management and remote care that would hold up under European medical device regulation.
Decision. We built the platform with an emphasis on security, auditability, availability, and machine-readable data. We also brought the client to ISO 27001 certification, the international standard for information security management, and assisted with the re-audit.
Result. The client was profitable within two years. It's the only one on the market offering profiling linked to telemedicine. The doctor doesn't handle a one-off query, they know the patient's history. UNIQA, one of the life insurance leaders, entrusted it with its own clients too.
Legito — automating legal documents
Starting point. An idea for a system for creating intelligent documents where, once templates are automated, you no longer need a lawyer, including online digital signing of contracts.
Decision. We built the original product and then helped the company put together its own team, which continues developing it.
Result. The product has been used for years by companies like PwC, Deloitte, UniCredit, Société Générale, Komerční banka, LexisNexis, Kinstellar, and Škoda Auto.
Broker Consulting — the Rex system
Starting point. A large real-estate division ran on a rented SaaS solution that was falling short, and the company couldn't bend it to its needs. Turning it off wasn't an option. The industry is sensitive and operations couldn't stop.
Decision. We built the Rex system and rolled it out piece by piece alongside the existing solution, so there was always somewhere to fall back to.
Result. The company replaced the system while fully operational, with no data or history lost.
Prosperity FS — feasibility study
Starting point. The company ran an IT cloud-based solution and was weighing a move to its own platform. The open question wasn't if, but how to do it without an outage.
Decision. We produced a feasibility study and designed transformation scripts for switching systems while fully operational.
Result. The company got a basis for deciding, including what the move would cost and where it risked losing history.
Arbela and LaundryTime — a system that didn't need to change for years
Starting point. A largest Moravian laundry network with branches and its own delivery fleet. An established CRM ran the whole company: operations, deliveries, and the customer database — and there was no reason to replace it, nor a way to.
Decision. We didn't build a second system alongside it. We integrated with the existing CRM so data stayed in one place, and designed the solution mobile-first from the start — customers and drivers have a phone in hand, not a laptop.
Result. It's run for years without a change to its design or functionality. Only versions of technologies underneath it changed. It's the best proof we have that "survives without us" isn't just a phrase.
